Eligibility RequirementsThe Youth EmployAbility Services program is funded by the federal Workforce Investment Act. As of May 2007, the YES program is accepting referrals from youth who have completed their GED; have graduated from high school; or have officially dropped out of high school. We will also receive referrals from youth who are aging out or have aged out of foster care or if they are in the custody of Juvenile Justice Services. These guidelines are dictated by our funding and contractual requirements.
